HOW TO USE OUR NASAL SPRAYS

  1. Shake bottle well before use

  2. Slightly tilt your head back

  3. Gently insert the spray nozzle just inside your nostril

  4. Press firmly to deliver one full spray into each nostil

  5. Breathe in slowly through your nose for 2 - 3 seconds

  6. Keep head slightly tilted back for up to 30 seconds

HOW TO USE OUR MOUTH DROPS

  1. Shake bottle well before use
  2. Lift your tongue slightly to create a small gap
  3. Squeeze the dropper of the bottle and place of two drops under the tongue
  4. Keep the liquid under the tongue for 30 seconds to 1 minute before swallowing
